Fly together
Events are the reason a roster stays together, so the calendar carries at least two a month and every one of them is published a minimum of two weeks ahead. Group departures and fly-ins on the Expert Server, run with staffed ATC and a briefing that goes out 48 hours before pushback.

Five kinds of event, on a cycle
Not a stream of one-offs. Each kind runs to its own frequency, so there is always something on and always something to plan for.

Nothing is announced the night before
Every event follows the same run-up, and a staff member is on station from first pushback to last arrival. Afterwards it is written up — attendance, what worked and what did not — so the next one is better.
What we have run
Straight from the crew centre's calendar. Attendance is shown where the crew centre counted it.
