An executive team of two, supported by departmental directors. Departments own their area day to day and answer to the COO; policy, partnerships and appeals sit with the CEO. Every staff role exists to take work off pilots.

Appointed by the CEO on the COO's recommendation. Every position has a named deputy, so absence never stops the airline operating — and any role left vacant for more than thirty days is either filled or formally absorbed into another.

How the airline is run
Decisions are written down
- Staff meet at a fixed time each month. Notes and decisions are posted to the staff channel within 48 hours.
- Every staff position has a named deputy, so absence never stops the airline operating.
- Rule changes and disciplinary outcomes are communicated in plain terms, promptly — including the ones nobody enjoys announcing.
Some of these seats are empty.
